Nature of our offers
Offers made through this Site, by phone, by text, or in person are preliminary and non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Final terms may change based on inspection, title review, or other due diligence. No offer amount is guaranteed until a purchase agreement is fully signed.
How we purchase homes
Every offer we make is based on our own evaluation of your property. In some cases, Prime Legacy Home Buyers completes the purchase directly. In others, we may assign our purchase agreement to, or partner with, a trusted local real estate investor to complete the purchase. Either way, the price and terms in your signed purchase agreement are the price and terms honored at closing, and we will tell you in writing how your transaction is being completed.
